We all need to have our people, we all need our place to come home too. The holidays being just around the corner, turns our hearts and minds to all that means the most to us. Now that our 3 daughters are all grown up with families of their own, we now get a new title and position. That is Nana & Pop Pop. No matter what you have won or failed at this past year, give your best to your family! Showing up and being present for your family is the best gift you can give them. If you are renting, you own your home, if you are content with your home or discontent with your current living arrangement, the important thing is that it is more about how you make your family feel when you are together. Creating space in your life through out the year make the holidays even richer. Life passes before us far to quickly. Tell that Dad joke, share the hard times, show gratitude for all the goodness in your life, offer to change that diaper, stay longer to help clean up, find some time to notice someone on the sidelines and extend a warm hug, tell those stories of Christmas's past, especially the one about the coming of the savior of the world. Your legacy of faith is what will carry them through the hardest of times. Wishing you and yours a very Merry Christmas and a joyous New year. Sandy Martin
